• Complies with FIA 8856-2000 homologation standard. 
• 3-layer construction, designed to give distinctive, svelte, look. Developed and used in current F1 for ultimate performance and fit with unique fabrics that have been developed to reduce weight and give greater protection. 
• Outer layer combines the new Alpinestars L&G fabric and new, unique Ripstop fabric to give a supremely light and breathable surface.  The recently developed L1G fabric is made up with a mix of Nomex and Carbon for ultra-light weight and excellent fire resistance, while Alpinestars Ripstop fabric gives greater breathability without compromise in heat or flame resistance. 
• Indermediate Nomex felt layer, gives a highly effective heat transfer protection barrier.  Internal layer uses a new Nomex felt, specially developed with Du Pont, with internal stitching for improved strength. 
• Combined weight of the 3-layers is only 265 gr/sqm.  Multi-panel construction is specifically designed to give better fit and feel as well as pre-curved arms and legs to improve comfort in the driving position. 
• Simple, clean, design, utilising different panel base colours gives a distinctive, slim, appearance and allows for easy sponsorship logo lacement and presenation. 
• Alpinestars exclusive fully-cut, with extraction epaulets incorporated, to ensure comfort and functionality with the  HANS device. 
• Lumbar, ripstop fabric, strectch zone gives greater flexibilty and better fit both in and out of the car.
