Pedal Assemblies

Tilton Brake offers a wide range of pedal assemblies to fit virtually any racing or custom application. Pedal assemblies have been designed to provide you with total control of your braking system. All Tilton Brake pedal assemblies benefit from proven designs, the highest materials and the latest in manufacturing technology. The result is pedal assemblies that offer simplified installation, proven performance and reliability you can count on.

Pedal assemblies are available for traditional, fixed-mounted master cylinders, or for use with rear-pivoting master cylinders. Assemblies are available in Firewall-mount, Overhung, Floor-mount and Remote-mount configurations.

Remote Bias Adjusters

Remote Brake Bias Adjusters are designed to attach to balance bars, such as those supplied in Tilton pedal assemblies. They allow the driver to adjust brake bias quickly and accurately during competition. The Standard Model offers Tilton quality to budget-minded racers. It features a plastic adjustment knob and a single detent design. The Billet Model features an attractive and durable billet aluminum knob with a non-slip rubber surface. It also features double detents to provide positive and distinct bias adjustments.

 

Brake Proportioning Valves

 

Tilton's popular, adjustable hydraulic brake proportioning valve enables adjustments of the brake force to a particular wheel or wheels. The Lever Type model provides a reliable visual reference for seven distinct brake force reduction positions. The compact Screw Type provides fine adjustments of brake force reduction.
