Brake Calipers
For over 35 years AP Racing has been a World Leader in the Technology and Manufacture of Competition and Performance Brake Calipers.
During these years, many of the worlds premier race series have been won using AP Racing Braking Systems. With probably one of the most comprehensive brake caliper ranges available, AP Racing can offer a Brake Caliper suitable for every category of Motorsport.
Brake Discs
AP Racing Brake Discs utilise state of the art materials and design techniques to offer the optimum performance / cooling characteristics. The AP Racing range of Solid & Ventilated Brake Discs have been developed with the benefit of AP's unparalleled experience in racing brake technology to respond to the severe demands encountered under competition conditions.
AP Racing operate a continuous product improvement policy on brake discs, using feedback from in-house dynomometer and track testing.
Design, materials and machining techniques are constantly reviewed to improve performance. The variety of disc options available provide the answer to virtually every racing and high performance road car application.
Brake Pads
AP Racing Competion Brake Systems have been developed with the benefit of AP Racing's unparalleled experience in racing brake technology to respond to the severe demands encountered under competitive conditions.
The friction material used in a brake system is a vital factor in the overall performance of that system and it is therefore important to choose the correct pad material for the particular application.
As a major manufacturer of brake systems for competition and high performance vehicles, AP Racing is in a unique position to evaluate brake pad performance both on dynomometer test beds and vehicles.
Carbon Brake Discs

Master Cylinders
AP Racing master cylinders have been developed with the benefit of our unparalleled experience in racing brake and clutch technology to respond to the severe demands encountered under competition conditions and are used in motorsport from F1 to Rally to V8 Supercars. The current range of lightweight aluminium alloy master cylinders comprises 9 designs suitable for a wide variety of competition use.
The most popular master cylinder ranges now constist of up to 10 differnt bore sizes from 14.0mm to 25.4mm (1.0").
Pedal Boxes
AP Racings's light weight range of aluminium alloy floor mounted & underslung pedal boxes, balance bars, right angle cable drive and electronic adjustment of the balance bar have been designed to offer the driver the highest level of efficiency in this critical area.
The ergonomic forged or fabricated pedals, together with low friction treatments and a high quality spherical bearing set new standards in pedal box design. AP Racing's High Efficiency Pull or Push Type pedal boxes use the trunnion balance bar system for ultimate efficiency.
